This notice describes trickcam.app. Information about data processing in the app is available in the App Store and in the app.

2. Website hosting
Our hosting provider Hostinger processes technical access data, including IP address, time, requested page, browser and operating system. This enables website delivery, security and troubleshooting (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Hostinger receives these data as our hosting provider. Server log retention depends on the provider’s configuration and security requirements; these logs are not used for our Google Analytics reports.
3. Contact
When you contact us by email, we process your address and message to handle your request. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual matters, otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for our interest in replying. Email service providers may receive these data. We delete them when the request is resolved, unless legal retention duties or legitimate reasons require continued storage.
4. Analytics and consent
Google Analytics 4 loads only with your voluntary consent. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. We measure page views, language, device and browser information, engagement time, and clicks on the App Store, social channels and content sections to improve the website. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR; optional cookies require consent under Section 25(1) TDDDG. Google may process data in the USA. Details of recipients and transfer safeguards are provided in the Google terms linked below. Our website does not enable advertising features or Google Signals. Without consent, no connection to Google Analytics is made. Your IP address is processed to connect to Google and derive an approximate geographic region. Individual user and event data are retained in our Analytics property for 2 months without renewal on new activity. Aggregated standard reports are not affected by this period.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your situation and withdraw consent at any time for the future. Contact us at the email address above. You may complain to a supervisory authority, including the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information. Analytics consent is not required to use this website.
6. Cookies and local storage
Your analytics choice is stored in your browser’s local storage under trickcam-consent-v1 for 180 days solely to respect your privacy choice (Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG; Article 6(1)(c) GDPR). With consent, Google may set _ga and _ga_0KCF2Z7F6Z cookies to recognise browsers and sessions; we limit their lifetime to 180 days. Withdraw consent via Cookie settings on any page. We then stop further measurement and remove Analytics cookies accessible to us. Withdrawal does not automatically erase data already lawfully processed.
7. External links and social media
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, the App Store and Google Play are available as external links. Embedded YouTube videos load only after you explicitly consent at the video. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. IP address, browser data and playback activity may be sent to Google; cookies or similar storage may be used, including processing in the US. We use youtube-nocookie.com in Privacy Enhanced Mode. The legal basis is consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG). Your choice applies only to this video, is not stored permanently and is separate from Google Analytics. “Close video” removes the player and stops further connections from that player; it cannot recall data already sent. Preview images, local videos and fonts are served by our website. External links are subject to each provider’s privacy policy.
8. App, purchases and terms
There is no checkout or registration on this website. Downloads and in-app purchases take place through the App Store or Google Play, subject to the offer, licence and purchase terms displayed there. Website analytics does not describe collection of your app recordings.
